Sponsor Information:

Bridgefest is almost here! Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25. We can’t wait to see you there and are excited for partnering with you this year. 

 

We wanted to reach out to make you aware of event specifics that will be helpful to you as you plan for your time with us!

 

  1. Please arrive by 8:00AM for set up, on both event days.

  2. Upon arrival, be sure to check in at the Red Vendor Tent near The Great Auditorium to receive your designated area for both days. 

  3. You may park on Pilgrims Pathway to unload your vehicle, but all vehicles must be moved from Pilgrims Pathway by 9AM. There is no overnight parking on Pilgrims Pathway.

  4. Sponsors are required to bring the following: tent, table, chairs, and signage.

  5. NO electricity is available; you will need to provide your own generator. It cannot exceed a 2.3 decibel, due to town ordinance. 

  6. Friday night breakdown is 6:00PM. Overnight security will be provided on Friday night. You may leave your tent, signage and table, but all merchandise must be packed away and taken off-site with you and set up the next day by 10am.

  7. Saturday night breakdown is 5:00PM.
